Customer Advisory:  Japanese Port Operation Update 2

Dear Customers,

Further to our previous customer advisory dated March 14, we would like to provide you with the following updates:

1.     Please be informed that the two vessels listed below will omit their Tokyo/ Nagoya calls at this stage. 
    

Should there be any changes of the upcoming sailing schedule, subject to the changing situations in Japan, we will post further updates on the oocl.com once new information is available.

2.     While we are now still in the process of investigating the latest status and conditions of the laden containers which were located at the three affected ports at the time of the major earthquake on March 11, we would like to advise our customers to contact their cargo underwriters for any potential damages or losses of their containers during the incident. 

Our customer service representative will closely coordinate with individual customers concerned regarding their shipment status updates and follow-ups.
