CONNECTION DELAY TO UPPER AND LOWER GULF PORTS FROM JEBEL ALI
Greetings!
We would like to advise all our valuable customers regarding the connection delay to Upper Gulf and Lower Gulf ports from Jebel Ali.
We still continue to face huge delay for transshipment connections to Ajman, Sharjah and other upper gulf countries via Jebel Ali due to heavy port congestion at Jebel Ali port.
Feeder vessels are facing serious berthing delays at Jebel Ali port due to which entire schedule is affected.
OOCL is not accountable for any loss/ claim / port storage or any related charges arising due to this delay as this totally is beyond our operational control.
We apologize for the delay of your shipment (if you have any) and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
