Hold On/Non release Of N.A.T.O/American Transit Containers
MCC PaCCS PICT Customs authority issued the letter that NATO & American Army cargo will not be released from terminal till further advise which previously were auto released upon discharging, however other Afghan commercial cargo can be released after customs release order.
