1 Definition of Key Terms
Outbound | Combined Demurrage and Detention shall commence at 00:00 AM on the same day as empty gate out and end at 23:59 on the same day of cargo cutoff. Port storage (port demurrage) and reefer monitoring/power charges at port of loading shall be according to terminal tariff and shall be for the account of the cargo. |
