About OOCL in Poland

The Country

OOCL now has an own office "OOCL (Poland) Limited Sp.z o.o" which is located in Gdynia.

Poland is located in Central Europe and is bordered by Germany, the Czech republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania and Kalingrad. The country has been a member of the EU since May 1, 2004. Poland has a population of 38.6 million.

Poland is preparing to make the Euro its official currency in place of the Złoty.

Coverage of OOCL in Poland and Supply Chain Management

All major cities in the country are covered for door pick up and delivery across the country.

The principle means of transport between the cities and the ports is by truck. Feeder services are used to connect between the local port and OOCL hub ports in the Antwerp-Hamburg range.
