China24 Advance Manifest Surcharge Dear Customer, Please be advised that OOCL will implement the Advance Manifest Charge for China 24, in connection with the need to submit manifest in advance to Chinese Customs. This surcharge will be apllicable to Bills of Lading issued from our region to China after the 1st March 2010.
