 Arrival Notice

Arrival Notices will be sent to customer in 2 days before vessel arrival at port of Saint-Petersburg

 Documentation

 Documentation for Customs formalities can be released to Forwarding Company under the following conditions:

a)      Valid Forwarding contract between OOCL Russia Ltd. and Forwarding Company.

b)      Duly endorsed Original Bill of Lading, if applicable

c)      Letter of Attorney from consignee per B/L for the Forwarding Company.

d)     Lack of outstanding debts of the Forwarding Company.

Release Order

Release Order will be sent via EDI to terminal upon the submission of:

    E-mail request to SSBRLS@OOCL.COM  with container/BL numbers and preliminary dates of pick up/ empty return.

    Payment of all outstanding charges including Detention and Demurrage (Please refer to http://www.oocl.com/russia/eng/localinformation/ddfreetime/
