OOCL has been named as “Best of the Best” ocean carrier by US-based World Trade Magazine, in a survey of more than 19,000 readers who ship products using ocean carriers. The results were published as part of a new editorial feature, “Performance Partners Awards of Excellence”. |

| | OOCL donates US$100,000 to Delta Hospice Society |
| |
OOCL has donated US$100,000 to the Canada-based Delta Hospice Society building fund. The donation will go towards their US$8.5 million project to build an in-patient hospice residence and supportive care centre, for which over US$5 million has been raised already. |
