contract, all non-refrigerated service contract rates will be subject to the following
General Rate Increase (GRI):

For cargo destined to West Coast or Group 4 locations:
USD 320/20' Container
USD 400/40' Container
USD 450/40' High Cube Container
USD 505/45' Container
From:All Origins
To: All Other Destinations:
USD 480/20' Container
USD 600/40' Container
USD 675/40' High Cube Container
USD 760/45' Container
This general rate increase rule will continue to apply on and after July 1, 2013 until the post
GRI rates have been posted to all Tariff rates and Service Contracts in effect.
