Important Notice: Singapore's 24-Hour Advance Manifest Regulation

OOCL wishes to inform our customers that Singapore Customs has introduced a new 24-hour Advance Manifest Regulation, which will come into effect on August 31, 2024.

This regulation mandates that all ocean carriers submit detailed manifest data to Singapore Customs at least 24 hours prior to the vessel's arrival or departure.
This requirement applies to all import, export, and transshipped cargo passing through Singapore port.

 Export Requirements: Shippers and forwarders are required to submit the Shipping Instruction (SI) by the specified SI cut-off date or earlier.
