LOOP D ASIA - EUROPE update

Dear Valued Customers,

From week 35 2010, Grand Alliance members Hapag-Lloyd (HPL), Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK) and Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) will run LOOP D individually without New World Alliance carriers (APL, HMM and MOL) and revamp the service by adding Pusan and Ningbo.

Port rotation in EU will be changed from Le havre/Southampton/Rotterdam/Hamburg to Southampton/Le havre/Hamburg/Rotterdam.

Southampton/LeHavre/Hamburg/Rotterdam/Singapore/Shanghai/Pusan/Qingdao/Shanghai/Ningbo/Shekou/Yantian/Singapore/Southampton

This change will have a positive effect on the transit times to Pusan, Qingdao and Shanghai and ports routed via these direct ports compared to current routing via other loops on the east bound leg.

NYK Leo 055 East will be the first new LOOP D sailing from Europe and NYK Leo 054 West will be the first sailing from Asia.
