St Petersburg Winter Surcharge
We wish to announce that because of increasing costs as a result of seasonal difficulties, a winter surcharge of 65 USD/TEU will be implemented for all shipments to/from St Petersburg as from
December 1, 2006 until March 31, 2007.
The surcharge is applicable to all trade lanes.
