Please be advised that all of Taiwan region offices including OTWL and OLTWL offices in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung are closed on Monday, July 28 per local city governments announcement that all offices and schools would be closed due to typhoon Fung-Wong is expected to hit Taiwan on Sunday July 27 night and Monday July 28 according to Central Weather Bureau's report and both sea and land warnings have been issued for precaution.
