                              Announcement from Thai Marine Dept. No. 335/2553

       Subj: Postpone of the enforcement of the regulation for loading/discharging things which may cause danger 

                 In according to the announcement of the Marine Dept. No. 273/2553 dated 29th September 2010 and published in the Royal Gazette issue no. 127 Section No. 125 dated 29th October 2010  

                 It is appeared that for the arrangement of the insurance coverage required as per No. 4 (5) of the announcement No. 273/2553 is quite new and never done before.  The insurance policy and the documents are not yet complete.  This might affect to the consideration for the permission to load/discharge things which may cause danger.  Hence, in order for the announcement No. 273/2553 dated 29th September 2010 to be enforced correctly, suitable and as per the purpose for public benefit coverage, Director of Marine Dept would announce as follow: 

1.        To postpone the enforcement of the announcement of Marine Dept. No. 273/2553 dated 29th September 2010 subj:  regulation for loading/discharge of things which may cause danger to another 60 days as from effective date of the announcement. 
2.        During the period of postponement of the enforcement of announcement of Marine Dept. No. 273/2553 dated 29th September 2010, the announcement of Marine Dept. No. 279/2542 dated 30th August 1999 will be in use until the announcement of Marine Dept. No. 273/2553 becomes effective.
