Revenue Restoration Program Asia Europe Trade

Dear Valued Customer,

The ocean freight rate for Asia Europe Trade continues to be under the required level to cover basic operating costs. Considering that the current level is unsustainable for the long term, we are announcing a revenue restoration program in order to maintain a viable service level.

With effect from Mar 1 2012, freight rate for the westbound traffic from Asia to Europe, will be increased by USD 800 per TEU. It covers shipment from the Far East (except Japan), the India Sub-Continent and the Middle East to North Europe, the Mediterranean and the Black Sea.
