1 Definition of Key Terms
Inbound |
Combined demurrage and detention shall commence at first calendar day after Last Hub arrival and end at the same day as container return. |
Outbound |
Combined demurrage and detention shall commence at 00:00am on the same day of empty gate out and end at 23:59 pm on the first calendar day after Cargo Cut off. |

3 Remark
- The tariff covers all trades in Togo
- The tariff is calculated by calendar day. (i.e. including Saturday, Sunday & National holiday)
- The tariff does not include any storage and reefer charges at port of inland facility, all these charges should be paid by customer directly.
- As local practice, port related charges (i.e., storage charges) are directly settled by customers to the terminals. Carrier is not involved in the calculation and collection of port storage charges
