This is to advise that effective Jun 4, 2012, OOCL Turkey will implement a Late Shipping Instruction charge (LSI) of USD 40 per B/L, applicable to all export shipments where Shipping Instructions are submitted later than our published SI cut-off time.

To help us ensure your cargo is shipped on the intended vessel, it is important that we receive your SI in good time. This is especially important where we have to comply with Advance Manifesting rules laid down by foreign customs. As well as incurring the late SI charge, late SIs may result in foreign customs instructing us not to load your cargo to the vessel concerned, with associated delay.

For your convenience our SI cutoff is provided on our Booking Acknowledgements, and is also visible on our Vessel Information Board.
