Vessel Arrivals, Departures, Customs Declaration Cutoffs and SI Cutoffs

These are now available online through our Vessel Information Board. From this site you can obtain ETAs, ETDs, and a variety of other local vessel movement information including Onayli Beyanname Teslimi and Talimat Son Teslim. From this page you can also download our Booking form.

For your added convenience, a hyperlink to our Vessel Information Board is now provided in our email Booking Acknowledgements so you can easily check vessel and cutoff status.

Should you wish to receive a daily automated email with a Vessel Information Board attachment, go to e-Subscription and use the e-Subscription drop-down menu to Change Subscription. 

Gate In Charge / Gate Out Charge (Agency Terminal Service / Terminal Hizmeti Ucreti)

Customers are advised that tariff levels for this surcharge in Istanbul will increase on April 1st to the following levels:

Export: USD 120 per 20'/40' (General Cargo & Reefer Cargo), USD 140 per 20'/40' (Dangerous Goods and Reefer Dangerous Goods)
Import: USD 110 per 20'/40' (General Cargo & Reefer Cargo), USD 129 per 20'/40' (Dangerous Goods and Reefer Dangerous Goods)

So that we can correctly allocate funds, cstomers are kindly asked to provide the relevent BL number when making payments and sending payment advices.
