Customer Advisory: Vancouver Weather Alert
Please be advised that Vancouver is experiencing heavy snowfall which started this morning on 12/24 with expected snowfall of 10-15 cm from this morning till afternoon with perception of 80 % rain late evening.Road conditions are hazardous due to accumulating over one foot of snow.
Delta Port gate is currently closed and yard /rail operations are extremely slow for snow cleaning.
Vanterm gate is currently open for delivery of imports and accepting of exports. Yard and Rail activities are slow and limited due to cleaning up of snow.
All port activities will be ceased at noon on 12/24 for Christmas Holidays until 0100 hrs on 12/26.
Please note off-dock empty depot is currently open for empty pick up until 1400 hrs on 12/24.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will revert as we have updated information.
