Customer Advisory - Memphis / Nashville Area Severe Weather Impact Update #1 May 3, 2010

Dear Customer,

Due to the recent severe weather that passed through the Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee, operating areas, all container operations in these areas have been impacted. Please see below for update of following facilities:

• The Intermodal Cartage facility in Memphis is open and operations are running normally.
• BNSF reports the BNSF rail ramp in Memphis is operating at limited capacity.  Shipments via rail to and from the Memphis BNSF ramp may experience a delay of up to 72 hours.
• Norfolk Southern and CSX report that its Memphis rail ramps are operating at limited capacity.  Rail shipments to and from Memphis via the NS and CSX rail may experience a delay of up to 24 hours.
• Intermodal Cartage Depot in Nashville is closed at this time until further notice.
