“Click-To-Accept” Draft Bill of Lading Feature Without Log-In to My OOCL Center!

The new “Click-To-Accept” feature provides extra convenience to OOCL customers who have set up “Draft Bill of Lading e-Notification” through “My OOCL Center” (MOC).

To enjoy this feature, OOCL customers are required to log in to MOC and update their e-subscription profile under ‘My Profile’ > ‘E-mail Subscription’ as illustrated:

Once the subscription is set up, whenever OOCL uploads a draft Bill of Lading (B/L) to MOC, customers will receive an email notification with the draft B/L in pdf format attached for review.

In the email, under “Carrier Remarks”, 2 choices will be given: 1) “Accept” this Draft B/L; or 2) submit a “Change Request”.

“Accept” this Draft B/L

By clicking the “Accept this Draft B/L” link, customers will be brought to a page where by clicking the “Accept” button will complete the draft B/L confirmation process.  This “Click-To-Accept” feature saves customers’ time as signing into MOC is not required.

Submit a “Change Request”

If customers would like to make changes to the draft B/L, by clicking the “Change Request” link, the MOC Sign In page will appear.  Customers can sign in and submit amendment request, as illustrated:
