Subject: North Pacific (NP) Service Advisory

Dear Valued Customers,

With the influx of USA destined cargo via Vancouver, combined with peak season volumes, the North Pacific services have been experiencing longer than average transit times. Port delays, terminal congestion, Asian Gypsy Moth (AGM), and most recently weather conditions including typhoons in South and Central China have all played a role in the extended delays.

Vessel management requires extensive planning. OOCL and our G6 partners are working diligently to restore schedule integrity. OOCL is working in close communication with all stakeholders to manage the situation.
