Subject: COD Administration Fee

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable support to our service so far. We would like to announce that COD Administration Fee for changing port of discharge or destination will be adjusted as follows:

COD Administration Fee:
• USD200 per B/L will be charged for diversion of cargo without container re-stowing.
• USD500 per B/L will be charged in the event of container re-stowing is required. It is applicable on top of actual restowage cost and other operational costs.

COD Cancellation Fee:
• USD350 per B/L will be charged when COD cancellation request is received after any physical movement of containers. It is applicable on top of actual restowage cost and other operational costs. If the cancellation request is received prior to any physical movement of containers, COD Cancellation Fee will not be charged.

Effective date: July 15th, 2012.
