Announcement of Cash Transaction Withdraw for Deposit Refund

Dear Esteemed Customers,

With the aim of minimizing the risks for both sides about cash transaction, we-OOCL Vietnam would like to announce that:

1. From 15th October, 2012, OOCL Vietnam/HCM office will stop all cash transaction at our counter desk for deposit refund. The deposit refund will be via either bank remittance or cash transaction at the bank (The Standard Chartered Bank). For the refund via cash transaction at the bank, the refund requestor should show us:
-  His/her ID card
- Deposit receipt issued by OOCL Viet Nam (pink original one).
2. From January 1, 2013, OOCL Vietnam/HCM office will stop all cash transaction at both our counter desk & the bank (The Standard Chartered Bank) for deposit refund. The deposit refund will be transacted via bank remittance from OOCL’s account to the depositor company’s account, not individual’s one. The details of this refund process will be sent to you in our next announcement.
