Subject: Carrier Security Charge (CSS) Adjustment Notice

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable support to our service so far. We would like to announce with effective date from   05 July 2012, we shall adjust Carrier Security Charge (CSS) to US$13 per container payable together with freight for all outbound shipments from Vietnam to US.
