Subject: Demurrage charge adjustment for reefer shipments to Vietnam

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable support to our service so far. We would like to announce that demurrage charge for all INBOUND REEFER shipments to Vietnam will be adjusted as follows:

Free time: 3 calendar days
Demurrage charge after free time: 
    + From the 1st day to the 4th day:       USD20/40/40 per 20RF/40RF/40RQ
    + From the 5th day onward:                USD40/80/80 per 20RF/40RF/40RQ

Effective date: June 1st, 2012 basing on vessel arrival date at the last discharge port for Intra Asia, Europe, Australia trades and on cargo receipt date at the first laden hub for Trans-Pacific trade.
