Subject: Local Surcharge Adjustment Notice

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable support to our service so far. We would like to announce that we will adjust some local surcharges for all outbound and inbound shipments from/to Vietnam with details as follows:

A- For outbound shipments:
1- Documentation Fee: we will apply 2 tier DOC fee as below:
Tier 1: VND450,000/BL (applicable if both booking and SI are submitted electronically)
Tier 2: VND750,000/BL (applicable if either booking or SI is submitted manually)
2- Seal Fee: USD6/seal
3- Telex Release Fee: VND300,000/BL for Intra Asia trade (It remains unchanged at VND400,000/BL for other trades)
4- Certificate Issuance Fee: VND400,000/set (applicable to all kinds of certificate including but not limited to vessel age, vessel classification, shipment route, D&D free time, transshipment)
B- For inbound shipments:
1- Delivery Order Fee: VND600,000/BL
2- House B/L Manifest Amendment Fee: VND600,000/HBL
3- Certificate Issuance Fee: VND400,000/set (applicable to all kinds of certificate including but not limited to vessel age, vessel classification, shipment route, D&D free time, transshipment)

Effective date, basing on “on board date” for Intra Asia, Europe, Australia trades and on “cargo receiving date” for Trans-Pacific trade:
- May 15th, 2012 for Documentation Fee, Seal Fee, Telex Release Fee, Delivery Order Fee.
- May 16th, 2012 for Certificate Issuance Fee.
- May 17th, 2012 for House B/L Manifest Amendment Fee.
