Subject: Free time & Local Surcharges Adjustment Notice

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable support to our service so far.

We would like to announce that we will adjust the free time and local surcharges for all outbound and inbound shipments from/to Vietnam with details as follows:

1. Inbound Detention Free Time: 3 calendar days, applicable to all sizes/types of containers
2. Inbound Detention Charge for REEFER Cargo after free time:
- From the 1st day to the 4th day: usd30/usd45 per 20’/40’
- From the 5th day onward: usd60/usd90 per 20’/40’
3. Inbound Demurrage Charge for REEFER Cargo after free time:
- From the 1st day to the 4th day: usd30/usd45 per 20’/40’
- From the 5th day onward: usd60/usd90 per 20’/40’
4. Terminal Handling Charge for all dangerous goods, Flat Rack and Open Top equipments:
- THC: usd125/usd190 per 20’/40’ for Export cargo
- THD: usd125/usd190 per 20’/40’ for Import cargo

Effective date: 15th August, 2012
- For North America trade: basing on “Cargo Receiving Date” for all of the above.
- For Non-North America trades: basing on “On Board Date” for THC/THD, and on “Arrival Date” for inbound Detention/Demurrage.
