Notice to Importers and Exporters

Introduction of Terminal Handling Charge
in Vietnam

Exporters and importers are advised that a Terminal Handling Charge (THC) on import and export cargo to and from Vietnam will be introduced from 1st July 2007.

The charge will be applied at the level of US$65/20' and US$98/40' to both general and refrigerated cargo.

These new charges will be implemented on cargo loading from 1st July 2007.
