We are pleased to advise that the Port Congestion Surcharges (PCS) on northbound cargo for Ho Chi Minh City and Qingdao are to be withdrawn.

Ho Chih Minh City PCS surcharge will be withdrawn on 1st September 2008

Qingdao PCS surcharge will be withdrawn 15th September, 2008
The effective dates are the on board date at port of loading.
