Emergency Telephone Arrangements for
OOCL Fremantle Office

Due to a fire at an electricity sub-station, there are power outages in the North Fremantle area. This power outage is affecting many business in the area, including OOCL.  

As a temporary arrangement to maintain service for customers calling our Fremantle office, all calls are being diverted to our OOCL office in Melbourne.  Our Melbourne team has access to the OOCL system and will be able to handle your enquiries.

Our Melbourne office number works on a menu system, however it is straight forward to select the area or department, with which you wish to speak.

Mobile numbers for Jeff Byrd 0421 288 035, and Peter Zver 0430 830 027 are both operational, however Jeff & Peter do not have access to our electronic system.

The estimated time for power to be resumed in North Fremantle is 4.00 pm today.

All electronic messages for OOCL Fremantle will be stored in our system for delivery when power is restored.
