Notice to Importers and Exporters
National Work Stoppage by MUA
All Cargoes

Dear Customer,

We have been advised by both our stevedores, DP World and Patrick that the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) is conducting an illegal stoppage in all ports of Australia from 10.30 am this morning.

This will affect all cargo operations in all ports in Australia.

Vessels that will be immediately affected by these delays, vessels either alongside in port now, or due tomorrow are listed below.

 Service Vessel Port
AEA1 CSCL Chiwan V0146N Brisbane
AEA1 OOCL Yokohama V033N Sydney
ASA Santa Felicita V1277 Sydney
AEA2 CSCL Ningbo V0071 Sydney
AEA2 Astoria Bridge V013N Melbourne
AAA2 OOCL Panama V040N Fremantle
AAA1 Northern Divinity V310N Fremantle
AAA2 Bunga Raya Lapan V114N Melbourne

We are working with our stevedores to give utmost flexibility as possible to accept late deliveries for those vessels that are alongside at present, when the stoppage is resolved.

This issue is unfortunately beyond our control, we will work closely with you to minimize the affects of this stoppage on your important cargo. We will also post an update for you on Monday.
