Phone & Email Options for Queensland Customers
OOCL is pleased to advise Queensland customers that from Thursday July 15th, there will be a number of options added to the phone system so that calls can be directed more promptly to the specific area pertaining to the nature of your call.
Please also note the addition of two automated self help options as well are available 24/7 which will enable you to track shipments and gain information on your shipments. Some of these service features will require you to be registered on MOC (My OOCL) and have a pin number allocated. If you would like to register for My OOCL Centre please click on OOCL - Australia - Link to MOC and go to My OOCL Centre, Registration in the top right hand corner.
The menu options are listed below for your reference, noting that you can key ahead at any time without waiting to hear all the prompts.
