Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge (LSS) to/from EUROPE - Effective 1st December, 2018
Due to the new regulation to use 0,5% sulphur fuel in China effective October 1st, 2018, OOCL wishes to advise the following.
With effect from December 1, 2018, a Low Sulphur Fuel surcharge (LSS) at $9/TEU will be implemented for Northbound and Southbound traffic between Oceania and Europe. The China LSS is applied to Oceania cargo along with China-bound cargo.
- Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge (LSS) will be adjusted to:

| Mediterranean Regions | USD 9 per TEU |
| | USD 18 per FEU |
| North Europe | USD 25 per TEU |
| | USD 50 per FEU |
| Scandinavia & Baltic Regions | USD 69 per TEU |
| | USD 138 per FEU |
with effect on the 1st of December, 2018, based on shipment onboard date.
