Dear Valued Customer,
OOCL would like to advise that Low Water Surcharge (LWR) will increase from USD50/TEU to USD75/TEU from 1st October 2018, for all cargo moving into Yangon, Myanmar, LWR should be Prepaid:
USD 75 per 20' container
USD 150 per 40' container
with effective date 1st of October 2018 based on shipment onboard date
