Weather incident off east coast of Australia - Cargo Damaged and Lost

Further to our Notice 2
dated 26th May.
Please be advised that
the APL England berthed in Brisbane at 13:06, 27th May 2020.
All appropriate authorities
are now coordinating efforts to complete the
necessary seaworthiness
inspection to check the structural and operational condition of the
ship. The outcome of this inspection will be known in the coming days and will help
determine when the vessel’s voyage can resume.
In the meantime, preparations are now underway to discharge those
containers that have been
damaged and cannot continue the voyage. Cargo surveys will be required
once it is safe to
do so. Customers with affected containers will be notified individually when
information is available.
OOCL will keep
customers apprised of all information as it becomes available.
