Change of Phone Number for OOCL Australia – From 1st December 2020

Please be advised that from 1st December 2020 there will be a change of phone number for OOCL Australia.

For all persons calling OOCL within Australia the new phone number will be: 13 6625 (13 OOCL).  All departments covering the regions of New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, and Victoria can be reached when calling 13 6625 (13 OOCL)

For our reefer customers and vendors in Australia there is no change and we continue to have the OOCL dedicated Reefer Customer Service phone number: 1300 OOCL RF (1300 6625 73) 

For all persons calling the OOCL Brisbane office, there is no change to the existing OOCL Brisbane phone number: (+61) 7 3890 7770

From 1st December 2020 the Sydney & Melbourne office phone numbers including direct lines to individuals within these offices will no longer be in service.
