Termination of Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)

for Reefer Cargos into Tianjin/Xingang Port, China

as of shipped on board date 23^rd December 2020

Dear Customer,

In response to the improved reefer container congestion & plug utilization in the port of Xingang, OOCL will now accept reefer shipments to Xingang without charging a congestion surcharge (PCS). This will be applicable for shipments with shipped on board date from 23^rd December 2020. All shipments on the water and with shipped on board date up to end 22^nd December – the PCS will apply

The congestion surcharge (PCS) of USD 1000 per container was introduced for all reefer shipments loading from Australian and New Zealand origins with discharge Tianjin/Xingang, effective from 27^th November 2020 (based on shipped on board date).
