Customer,
In response to the improved reefer container congestion
& plug utilization in the port of Xingang, OOCL will now accept reefer
shipments to Xingang without charging a congestion surcharge (PCS). This will
be applicable for shipments with shipped on board date from 23rd December
2020. All shipments on the water and with shipped on board date up to end 22nd
December – the PCS will apply
The congestion surcharge (PCS) of
USD 1000 per container was introduced for all reefer shipments loading from
Australian and New Zealand origins with discharge Tianjin/Xingang, effective
from 27th November 2020 (based on shipped on board date).
