Rail Arbitrary - Melbourne to/from Adelaide

TARIFF ADJUSTMENT effective 18^th June 2025

OOCL wishes to advise on below tariff adjustment as a result of recent review:

Rail from Adelaide to Melbourne

General & Reefer Cargo (off power)              AUD 1,635 per TEU   AUD 1,850 per FEU

Rail from Melbourne to Adelaide

General & Reefer Cargo (off power)              AUD 2,100 per TEU   AUD 2,500 per FEU

Rail haulage charges are subject to + 10% GST.

Effective date: 18^th June 2025, per shipment onboard date for non-regulated trades and latest cargo receive date for regulated trades

Hazardous Surcharge

For Hazardous Cargo in Dry Containers an additional DG charge per container, subject to GST, will apply to both Outbound and Inbound shipments based on a case by case basis.

Overweight Surcharge

For containers exceeding below payloads additional overweight surcharges (OWC) will apply

20' container                                       Over 26,000kgs – AUD250 + 10% GST

40' container                                       Over 26,000kgs – AUD250 + 10% GST
