Change to PSA Group for UN Numbers

Changes to Transshipment DG Handling charges (DHT)

Singapore Port Authority (PSA) has implemented changes to the designated PSA grouping for specific UN Numbers, with particular focus on battery and battery-related dangerous goods. These revisions of PSA Group may alter the handling and segregation requirements for affected cargoes transshipping via Singapore.

OOCL recommend customers review current DG shipment profiles and reaching out to your OOCL contact to clarify what / if any changes there are to Dangerous Goods Handling Charges (DHT) for DG containers transshipped in Singapore.

These changes to PSA Groupings and related DG surcharges for containers transshipped at Singapore come into immediate effect.

See below table for reference.
