The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Department in Antwerp. You'll be the key point of contact for our Belgian customer base, helping us maintain and grow relationships, deliver competitive rate proposals, and support overall commercial goals.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for the maritime or logistics sector.


 


Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send competitive import/export/cross-trade rate offers to freight forwarders (NVOs) and direct customers (BCOs), in coordination with our Trade Management team.
  • Follow up on offers, track negotiations, and ensure accurate and timely rate filing upon agreement.
  • Manage high volumes of email and balance structured administrative tasks with ad hoc customer needs.
  • Drive business growth by developing existing accounts and actively seeking new opportunities.
  • Monitor customer performance and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Improve customer experience through regular communication: share updates on services, policies, and digital tools.
  • Reach out to customers for market insights and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—Customer Service, Trade, Finance, Operations, and more—to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.


 


What We're Looking For

You're a proactive, self-motivated team player with a commercial mindset and strong communication skills. You know how to prioritize, work under pressure, and you take pride in getting things done.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics Management, or at least 1 year of experience in logistics or shipping
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or English (written and spoken)
  • Thorough knowledge of French, or German is a strong asset
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Analytical, structured, and relationship-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • No 9-to-5 mentality
