20ft premium N. China and Far East origins :
We would like to advise you that the currently existing premium for 20ft containers ex China of USD 150/20ft has been reviewed and will be increased to USD 250/20ft as from June 15, 2007. In addition a heavy weight charge will be introduced from other Far Eastern origins at levels and effective date as shown below.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that a penalty fee of USD 2,000/cntr will be levied in case of misdeclaration of payload.
