we would like to draw your attention to the fact that all shipping instructions for our vessels sailing fm Antwerp to Mexico (arrival on Monday – sailing on Tuesday) have to be in our possession latest on Thursday 09h00 cet.

For Mexico shipments it’s also very important that your instructions contain following information :

the tax id info fm shipper / consignee / notify

containernumber + sealnumber

hs code (6 figures) from the cargo

Late receipt of your shipping instructions , or incomplete shipping instructions may result in shortshipment of your cargo.
