TAT Surcharge Update - Environmentally Friendly Fuel Surcharge (MAR)
Dear Customer,
Please note that the quarterly review of the Environmentally Friendly Fuel Surcharge (MAR) has resulted in an upward trigger. Consequently the following charge will apply effective July 1, 2012 for both Eastbound and Westbound:
USD $12 per 20’ container
USD $24 per 40’ and 45’ container
