2.  Customs requirements and port restrictions

  • All export cargo needs to be accompanied by a customs export document. In case of EC cargo (EX-Documents ) OOCL offers you the possibility to get your return documents through their service.
  • In all cases clearly fill in box 44 : "EXP-RET" and box 9 "INTERFREIGHT 116" to ensure proper return of the document by the customs to OOCL’s mail box after clearance of the manifest.

3. DG Restrictions

  • All DG cargo has to be cleared through the Port Master’s Office latest 24 hours prior to arrival.  In general, containerised DG cargo is allowed to remain maximum 10 calendar days on terminal. Special restrictions apply to IMO 1 and IMO 7 plus some other specific DG. For exact information, please contact Peter Hogesteeger.
