New Cambodia Custom Regulations for Manifest Submission - Effective 1st October 2006

Dear Customer,

Please note below from Cambodian Customs office that, effective October 1, 2006, for all Import cargo to Cambodia:

a) The Consignee (and/or Notify party) information on the customs manifest from OOCL must be exactly the same as the information that appear on the B/L to customer

b) For All B/L, the “real consignee” information (name and address) must appear on the Consignee (or Notify party) information on the B/L. In other words, for shipments from NVO, the NVO must provide the details of the real consignee to OOCL and the details of the real consignee will appear on the B/L (and subsequently the Customs manifest) from OOCL
