Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF)

To/From UK, North West Continent, Mediterranean and Scandinavia:
The BAF applicable for the month of January 2007 will be USD 235.00 per TEU/USD 11.75 W/M LCL

To/From the Baltic Sea Region:
The BAF applicable for the month of January 2007 will be USD 240.00 per TEU/USD 12.0 W/M LCL

Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF)
The CAF applicable for the month of January 2007 will be +8.6 %.

Business Plan – Westbound Cargo 2007
Customers are also reminded that as part of the Business Plan 2007, as announced on 3rd November 2006, for cargo moving from Asia (excluding Japan) to North Europe, Baltic/Scandinavia and Mediterranean, the following Conference rate increase is applicable.: -

1st January 2007 – A conference rate increase of USD 200 per TEU. Resulting Conference tariff rates are then valid until 31st March 2007 For cargo moving under 6 months conference contracts, a Conference rate increase of USD 300 per TEU will apply.
