This is to advise that with effective from 21-Mar-2015 (base on shipment onboard date), for shipment which has remark “Lo/Lo pay to OOCL at Phnom Penh office” in container release order, you are required to pay LOLO USD 23.60  / 19.00 for 20GP /40GP/HQ/45HQ with VAT 10% at OOCL Phnom Penh office at the time you come to pick up seals. You will not be required to pay to the Sihanoukville port again.
