To avoid releasing import documents to unauthorized party, please kindly be informed that with effect from 7th December, 2015, for all import shipments to Phnom Penh or Sihanoukville port, please bring the ARRIVAL NOTICE with the consignee’s company stamp and signature in order to pick up original documents from OOCL Cambodia office.
