Subject: Seal Release and Return

Dear Valued Customers,

This is to inform that with effective from 18-May-2015, we will continue to release seal to customer base on the no. of containers per booking (e.g., one container one seal), and have below changes with the unused seal(s).

1)    If any seal(s) taken can’t be utilized due to booking shortfall/cancellation, you are required to return the unused seal(s) to us within two weeks after original booking’s departure.

2)    Or if you have new booking to us within two weeks after original booking’s departure, the unused seal(s) can be used for new booking and not required to return to us.

If you are fail to meet above scenarios, after 2 weeks of original booking departure, we will issue separate invoice to charge the seal fee for the unused seal(s).
